Nowadays we are on social media 24\/7 – and there has never been such emphasis on how we look.\u00a0\u00a0Supermodels preen on every poster and David Gandy grins on every magazine cover.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0And we all think \u2013 \u201cI don\u2019t look like that!\u00a0\u00a0HELP\u201d<\/p>\n

Body image, dieting, plastic surgery, the gym, dating apps, and the agony of trying to look good in a selfie.<\/p>\n
